The RR says that it works, it clearly does not, their plan only works if people reject their human needs for sex, which they do not and will not, they only effective way to prevent teen pregnancies would be to build two giant school-jails and keep the sexes apart. Then there could be online dating till marriage. When will they final admit that knowledge, not Jesus is power.

My friend...abstinence tells the students that the best way not to get pregnant and not to catch a sexual transmitted disease would be not to have sex...the truth...Since birth control pills pregnancies have gone down but S>T>D are way up...HIV is up also even with the condom push...So not doing it is better that doing it
