God Bless you! If you truly need a tooth pulled (no other options) your best bet would be to see an Oral Surgeon. An Oral Surgeon is more equipped and can monitor any health issues more thoroughly than a general dentist. They are also well prepared if there should be any complications with the tooth being extracted.
Best of luck!

Are you sure you do? There are periodontists who can save most teeth if they are loose although most regular dentists just find it more profitable to just yank them all out.

There is not much risk and the discomfort goes away within a week if you have them pulled. However you are then stuck without any teeth and are doomed to live the rest of your life with false teeth that will take a long time to get comfortable with.
