Do you prefer Cranberry and Pear or Cranberry with walnuts.
PS: If i put any of these ingredients in some Filo pastry would it leak out????

I would like to try your cranberry with walnuts. It sounds fantastic. Some juices may seep out but that's normal. I had a piece of apple pie in phillo pastry this week at a great Chinese restaurant and it was GOOOOOD! Call me when you take it out of the oven!

I prefer the cranberry and pear. I think that cranberries have a really strong taste and I like them mixed with other fruits so that they don't overpower.

Cranberry with walnuts sounds best- you would get some texture with the nuts. I would think if you don't overfill and seal it well enough- it shouldn't leak.

Both sound good but as I haven't tried them i'll go with the pear.

havent tried either but sounds good...but i would prbly pick cranberry n walnuts....not sure bout last part of your question...let us know how it goes...good luck! :)
