okay scientificly proven again, cloning is preduced from womens dna not a mans so if anything it was the other way around, in the normal way it takes a egg and a sperm but without the womens air, food, blood and womb a baby cannot be born, it takes two to create a embryo and a women to carry and nourish a baby. i know i'll give you a mans rib with his dna now make a woman, now ill give you a womens rib with her dna make a women.....oh whats that dna from a female can be cloned to make another female. a man might have one less rib but men and women have other different parts too!

The long answer to your question:

A Fundamentalist - One who actively affirms a fundamental set of Christian beliefs: the inerrancy of the Bible, Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, the virgin birth of Christ, the doctrine of substitutionary atonement, the bodily resurrection of Jesus, and the imminent return of Jesus Christ.

Genesis 2:20-23
20 And Adam gave names to all the livestock and to the birds of the air and to every [wild] beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found a helper meet (suitable, adapted, complementary) for him. 21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam; and while he slept, He took one of his ribs or a part of his side and closed up the [place with] flesh. 22 And the rib or part of his side which the Lord God had taken from the man He built up and made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. 23 Then Adam said, This [creature] is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of a man.

The short answer to your question:

Yes

Yeah, they also believe a big daddy made the world in 6 days and then flooded the world to kill all the dinosaurs. All of which they think is more plausible than natural history. There must be something in the Bible Belt water.

Given our knowledge of basic biology, this is an impossibility. You cannot craft a double X from an XY. It does work the other way around though. Proof of which is the conception and birth of identical twins of the opposite sex. It is very rare but it does happen. How?

When the egg splits, one tail from one of the Xs drops off, leaving you an XY. This creates identical twins of the opposite gender. For obvious reasons it is impossible for this to take place the other way around.

This would bode well for the premise that if the creation story is true, god would have made Eve first and crafted Adam second. Further...

If Mary was in fact impregnated by god, and god is without gender, (yes, god is referred to as a "he" but all monotheists say that god is spirit and therefore genderless) then given that Mary would be carrying an egg with the XX chromosome, Jesus by rights and by what we know about biology, should have been born female.

Jesus, given that he is male, must have had a human, male father in order to have been born a boy. The virgin birth is in fact based on the death and resurrection of the sun at Yule.

Abu Hurairah (ra) relates that the Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: Treat women kindly. Woman has been created from a rib and the most crooked part of the rib is the uppermost. f you try to straighten it, you will break it and if you leave it, alone, it will remain crooked. So treat women kindly. (Bukhari and Muslim)

Fundies take the stories made up by ancient nomadic goat herders literally, even tho it's unlikely the goat herders themselves took their myths literally.

Fundies believe that snakes and donkeys could talk, the moon and sun can be halted in the sky, that the sacrificial killing of a bird can cure leprosy, that a woman can be turned into a salt lick, that blat of a trumpet can crumble city walls, that bats are birds and etc etc.

I think so I for one know that it's the truth. Women have an extra rib then men do. Also, it's stated in the bible and I believe God's Word!
