i think they mean ready for sex but dont always listen to what your friends say.they could just be saying that for you to get laid. To "pull" a girl means to get a date with a girl.

thats defintly slag in your area where u live, your gonna have to use a word or phrase thats in the dictionary for us to understand. They probelly mean sex though i'm guessing.
