Do you or Did you want your first child to be a healthy little girl or healthy little boy?And why? I wanted a boy & got a girl but I couldn't be any happier, I would be just fine having another girl.

ha ha i was the same way except i wanted a little girl and i got a boy. i couldn't be happier and couldn't even imagine having a girl, boy's are such fun. it's funny when you find out what you thought you wanted isn't always so.

When we were pregnant with our first, my husband really wanted a son. Therefore, I wanted a son too. Of course we were elated when we had a little girl and neither of us would trade her for the world!
When we were pregnant with the second we both wanted a boy so we could have one of each. We would have been just as happy with a girl that time also, but did get our boy!
After having one of each, I think I would want another boy if we have the third child! No matter what, all we ever really wanted was healthy children, which we were blessed with.

The first one - we didn't care either way - got a boy. Second one we were hoping for a girl - another boy. Third one - finally got our girl!!!

I wanted a girl the first time and that's what I got. This time I wanted a boy, and got lucky again.

well i was 16 with twins and never thought much about the sex of the babies! but was happy to get 2 little girls! i now have 2 sets of twins (all girls!) and am pregnant with another set hope they are boys!!!! but will be happy with whatever i get!

We both wanted girls. I raised a little brother and he was a sonofabitch. Both my girls are daddy's girls and I'm just the maid. But I wouldn't change it for anything. A little boy would be nice, however.

We both want a girl! My husband has 3 sisters. He loves his nieces! So we want a girl! But we dont know what the gender is yet!
