I am having one, collard greens. I make a small dinner for home, and then I go to family house and everyone brings a few dishes, so no telling how many we will end up with. I had only one for TG, but when I got to my family house there were three. And they are made in huge pots.

for my son, brussels sprouts; for my #2 daughter and her daughter, asparagus; for my #1 daughter and her daughter, cauliflower and broccoli; for my daughter in law, coleslaw; for the neighbor lady, peas and carrots; and of course the sweet potatoes!

I will eat a spoonful of all the green veggies except for the peas and carrots.
