If you have a modicum of finances you should attempt to hire a PI (private investigator). They excel at thi type of thing, it makes up most of their income to find people.

I am one but not interested, sorry.

Good luck. Speaking from experience, the reunion is probably going to go differently then expected. Ive seen everything, from hugs and laughter to getting a door slammed in your face. As a piece of advice, BE PERSISTANT!

There are organizations that you can register with for a fee. Sometimes both parties, in your case perhaps your brother and sister have already registered looking for you....

Have you tried petitioning the court to unseal the records?

this may be a sign that that you should stop looking. if you have some money then i would think about looking into getting an attorney to look at what your legal rights are then go from there.
