Depends how u were scammed and if the business is in the US. If this is a international scamming your screwed. Could contact watchdog agencies depending where this was.

Need more details.
If you paid by paypal then you can get your money back. It usually takes a few weeks though.
Otherwise I cannot really say much without knowing more.
Are they affiliated with the BBB??
