My only advice would be to call your doctor or try a chiropractor. If your back is bothering you it is possible it is out of place maybe even causing your neck to be out and if your neck is out it can cause severe headaches. I suffer from this problem I get migraines from my neck being out of place. The chiropractor usually fixes me right up although you may have to go a few times if your really out of place. Your stomach on the other hand I'm not real sure what could be causing that. Not to be gross or anything but if you constipated that could be your problem and that also may be putting pressure on your back. At any rate good luck.
