They speak both Spanish and English in Puerto Rico, you know. In Spanish it would be, "Que la mano de Dios esté sobre esta union."

First of all, there is no "Puerto Rican". The language
is Spanish.
Translation:
Que la propia mano de Dios esté sobre esta unión.
