Lately I have been feeling very weak and low on energy and always thristy. I have also had tingling and numbness in my hands and feet. I'm not quiet sure whats going on , so if anyone coulod help that would be great.

It sounds like you need to go to the doctor and be tested for Diabetes. These are all signs. The numbness and tingling are signs of Diabetic Nuropothy (SP), which is nerve damage from blood sugars being out of control.

You might really want to get checked for diabetes as soon as you can. Until then eat a healthy balance of protein and complex carbs, eat several
small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. It will help keep your insulin levels a bit more stable. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Are you urinating a lot as well? This is another symptom of diabetes. Go to your doctor today or a walk in clinic if you have to so they can check your blood sugar.

the numbness, and tingling, in the hands, and feet sound like a pinched nerve somewhere.
weak and low energy, and thirst sounds like diabetic

It could be dehydration if you don't drink enough water. You'd better get yourself to a doctor though to find out for sure.
