I am from out of Europe and the western countries. I live in Iraq and some people I know told me to ask how can we propose a medical finding to the a serious health center in USA or other countries around because they have made an important discovery and may eventually work. The health center in our country don't believe them but they have tried the medicine on two people and it worked. I am asking how can I connect or contact a serious health or medical center in any region of USA or a known and high-ranked university which does medical researches so that they may be interested in this new discovery. It's something about AIDS... Thank you all.

I honestly cannot think of a serious academic medical center that would be interested in a discovery regarding AIDS, made in Iraq, which has been tried in two people (patients?) and is not even taken seriously in your own country.

I am not in the medical community but this sounds like something the Center for Diease Control (CDC) in the US may be useful. They have have website that has contact information. As far as a university in concern, Harvard, Columbia and John Hopkins have highly rated medical programs and I am sure that each have a web site with conatct info. Even if any of these places are not the right place for you, at least one of them should point you in the right direction.

I'm not sure how serious they will take you when you only have two subjects. It could very well be a valid finding, but two people?? The odds that it is coincidence is very high. I would recommend getting more solid findings before attempting to share your information.

You didn't say whether you are offering this information only because you want to help people, or if you want to use it for commercial purposes to make money.

If you want to help people, try sending information to the US National Institutes of Health.

If you're trying to make money, see a lawyer, perhaps an I.P. (Intellectual Property) lawyer.

My suggestion would be to try the NIH(National Institute of Health). They fund tons of research. Their link is below.
