Power Point is a Microsoft program and can be purchased from many places on the web and from just about an office supply store. It is not free. You can download it here. There is also a trial version available at this site.

If you want free, try the presentation program that comes with Open Office. http://www.openoffice.org

You can go to the Microsoft website and get a free download of Microsoft office. This will give you PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. However, this os only a trial version, therefore it will only last about 90 days. At the end of the trial you do get an option to purchase the full package at a discounted rate. Hope this helps.
