No, that looks like something that is true, but it is not in the Bible.
This, however is:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. " 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8
The statement, although not directly in the Bible, does seem Biblical. I mean, God loves us even when we seem unlovable. Also if "love keeps no record of wrongs" that means that love is forgiving, and unconditional. Also note that in the original Greek text, the word used is "agape" a Greek word for unconditional love that is not necessarily deserved by its object of affection.

That is the correct script. In the bible the wording is different. It is considered the Love Chapter.

It's not in the Bible........
1 Corinthians 13 is called the Love Chapter.................it clearly teaches ways love is demonstrated............so it's true that it's not just a feeling.

That sounds more like a Dr. Phil-ism. Try any number of other books if you must have a source to quote.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 talks about principled love, not just "worldly" love or romantic love but love based on principles.

It's true that it's not merely a feeling, but it's not said that way in the bible. It appears to be an attitude.
