I've had my license for four years no tickets to accidents(knock on wood) perfect driving record, but I'm a 22yr old male so I have to pay $275 a month which is way too much!

I have an 18 year old on my policy with full coverage, and it runs me about 200.00 a month extra.

He is about to buy a motorcycle, and full coverage will cost him 173.00 per month.

Find yourself a local agent that specializes in youthful operators. Just look in your local phone book for the PIA or Big I (Trusted Choice) logos and you should be able to find a local professional that can help you shop all of the available markets in your area.

Your rates should drop when you turn 25 or when you get married, if younger than 25. Try increasing your deductibles if you are insuring for physical damage on your car.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

You will probably find that the cost will not be reduced much until you turn 25. Thats when most companies lower rates.

CHECK WITH THE BOARD OF INSURANCE WHICH IS ON LINE AND THIS WAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE FIRST HAND ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES INCLUDING THEIR RATINGS AS WELL AS HOW THEY PAY AND TREAT CONSUMERS AND MAYBE BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU.
