Horror is always in.

I'm sorry, I'd have to say both, I know you only wanted one answer. But all one has to do is take a good look around. To realize our now, our everyday living is both heaven and hell. The absolute power of good is evident when looking in the eyes of a newborn child or watching a child discover the wonders of life.
The absolutely power of evil is evident looking at President Bushitler as he smiles while orchestrating another humans death everyday for his families bank account.

In the absence of any other examples of things that exist in the Universe without an opposite, I think it is safe to say that Heaven and Hell, Good and Evil are not exceptions.
One simply can't exist without the other, and may or may not.

I would convince people of the reality of hell to prevent them from going there. It is not to be condemning or sinister.. but rather knowledge of the Almighty that could save them from every bondage in their life and hell in eternity. I know that people get aggravated when they are confronted with this issue, however, i do believe it to be the truth as the bible teaches it. If i had the opportunity to tell people that Jesus is the very best thing that could ever happen to your life and i did not take that opportunity...that soul would be on my hands before the Almighty at judgement.

Heaven...The Jews believe in Heaven but not hell. So why then do Christians believe in hell? If God gave the "Chosen People" a place of eternal reward, why wouldn't he give them a hell also? Hell as the Christians perceive it to be comes from a poet (Dante).

Hell is a small town in Michigan - I'm NOT kidding.
I don't know if there are any towns named "Heaven", but there might be some places that feel like it to some people.
I agree with the "yin and yang" comment - you can't know what goodness or evil is without understanding the other.

What one percieves is what is "real" for them, there preception equals reality. That being said, My belief is that we are multidimensional beings living in a multidimensional universe. We have the ability to actively create our own "heaven" or "hell" simply by perpetuationg our perceptions into our realities. Therefore, each individual's reality comes about as a direct result of what they percieve to be real for themselves. It is not for me to make either of the two choices an "absolute". We choose to live in darkness, or we choose to live in light. That being the case, we become the choices we make... so it wise to learn the art of making effective and wise choices.

in heaven as no one needs convincing about hell - we live there or we seem to be manefesting more of hells qualities , rape , murder , destruction , people unable to fullfill desires yet continueing to do so and getting nowhere , killing themselves in the process ad others.God doesnt decide if we go to heaven or get lost in hell and this illusion which darkness is ( darkness is shadow - caused by light !!!!! ) - our heart does when we die.Is your heart full of love or bitter what if when you die you dont ? you exist still but without a body and just whats in your heart ?odear.......god doesnt punish us , we punish ourselves.
Heaven is being at peace with yourself and loving otehr humans and life , being in harmony and unity with life and Hell ? well is being lost in this material world and doing the opposite of that as a result , being lost in the illusion of darkness and of earth life as ' all that is ' .Hell is having no belief in anything but matter and materialism and 'physical.

Sorry, I'm pretty good at telling lies, but even I could not muster enough bullshit to convince anyone that either place exists. Same for "good OR evil".
Good question, though.

Neither unless the method of convincing them relied on evidence. To put it differently many people are convinced of the existence of both now and there is no evidence to support either.

I would love to believe in the existence of heaven and hell, but I don't. So I wouldn't be able to convince someone of one or the other.
