Sharon,
I don't have that many questions that I really want to ask. When I do have questions I may ask them. It is true that they cost you points. I have never really seen the points as being that BIG of a DEAL! I have never gained anything from them. It is nice to be able to answer as many questions as you want any time that you want though. Have a wonderful week.
PS I have been at level 6 for awhile.
Thanks,
Eds

It's a balancing act for sure. Just be sure to ask questions in order to get points, and maybe a 'best ans.' once and awhile. You got a long way to go to get to level 5! Good luck! I'm almost to level 5 ! Whoopie!

Don't forget...it really only cost 2 points to ask a question as long as you select a best answer. Down 5 points to ask and up 3 points to select best answer.

It still costs you 5 points, and yes, you can drop back down to a lower level as a result.

We still lose the points but most of us are addicts so we make up in answering points what we just expended on a question in about 2 minutes or less. I'm only frightened of the 6th level suspension that seems to plague people unexpectedly. (Yogini sits in lotus position and meditates on why anyone would want to suspend her account...... nope, not receiving anything...... what does this mean????)

You loose points but you don't drop down levels. I have asked a question right after leveling and did not de level.

I honestly don't think that I could ask them fast enough that I'd run out. But yes it costs you points and that also could drop your level.

when you quit thinking about points and go for the gusto
Make mine a "hurricane"
Points are still removed, so answer more questions, vote on answers, and limit your questions.
Wait, I cant fraternize with levels 1-3, sorry, disregard
