If you live in U.S.A there are PetSmarts everywhere. If not I have no idea. There is also Petco which is comparable. It's basically a big food store with pet products and some adoptable pets as well, usually has a groomer's in house.

PetSmart stores are everywhere... you'll have to google to see if there is one in your area.
Another place is PetCo. I haven't been to one, not in our area... but from commercials - it looks just like PetSmart.
