You men are SO CLUELESS!!!!

Okay: here is your program to stop the constipation and shrink the hemorrhoids.

Don't jam. Getting them out is the idea. Torch them? Absolutely stupid.

There is an over-the-counter medication. If you can't get it where you are, I'll send it to you. It's called Miralax.

You can't taste it or feel it, you dump it in your food or drink, never know it's there. You'll have a bm within 24 hours with NO GASTRO PAIN OR CRAMPING.

I am CHRONICALLY constipated because I have to take meds that do that. If I take miralax once a day every day, I have 5 bms a day. No cramps, no urgency, no gas, no nothing. This stuff is a miracle as far as I am concerned.

It helps if you eat fiber, as I'm sure you know, but miralax isn't a fiber product, it's a water product (make sure you drink enough). It maintains liquids in the stool so that they are soft & easy to expel.

If you're losing a lot of blood from the hemorrhoids, you need to have the situation corrected surgically. Not fun, I know, but very common, esp for those of us who pushed babies out.

If blood loss is minimal, try this product. It will change your life. If you elect to have surgery, make sure this product is on your shelf for when you come home. It will make your pain so much better.

A second product I encountered after baby birthing is called Procto-Foam. It's a prescription in the US, but it's similar to an enema, but it's mousse-textured and full of topical pain relieving meds. You insert it and squirt and the pain is gone. It helped SO MUCH!

I know your feeling. I've nearly passed out from the stomach cramps that felt like a prize fighter was practicing on my tummy. But this med...it will work for you. I promise.

This might very good be a herpes outbreak. Because genital herpes is living within the package of nerves on the base of your backbone, humans most likely get outbreaks round their rectum and of their butt crack (no kidding). They itch, burn and often harm, identical to hemmorroids. Sometimes alcohol will dry up an OB a lot more swiftly...if you'll be able to stand it. Ouch!

Go to your Internal MD and have him push them back it you may get some relief after that. You doing won't really wok because you can't get a clear view on the one that is really inflamaded. Trust me you'll feel better after that
