Like if you read the bible, a sane person would be like there is no way possible that could happen, only in a movie, but yet, so many people believe the Bible, but if the news were to say something of the sort not related to God, we'd be like, that is so fake!

Because times are different. Society is leaning towards science to explain everything because science is typically credible for its explanations, and when science can not explain everything it is still typically assumed science will eventually do so. The problem in my opinion is when we are capable of explaining something we automatically withdraw are "awe" from the subject being explained. For example, there have been documented instances where a "clinically" dead person has come back to life on there own, yes it is rare but it has happened. When this is first approached it is like, wow, a miracle, can't be true, but then when the scientific argument comes to play that possible the body was in some sort of stasis or hibernation then the "miracle" itself becomes plausible. So why wouldn't the possible Miracle of a resurrection be possible? If it can be explained now why should we still dismiss the claim in the past? I might have gotten off topic with your question but back to your original question. People believe in the magical things in the bible for many reasons, some faith based and some because they feel some of the things are plausible, and some because they do not view it literally but more symbollically. The real world says it is not possible because we live in a materialism based society where if it is not testifiable via scientific method or if it can not be replicated through experiements then it is not a true possibility.

That is what we claim as religion thing. Faith can help you understand anything beyond its literal comprehension. Try to open up and express yourself. The question is: "Do you believe in God?" You can only believe what the Bible says if you have faith in God. Good luck!
