mummies have to be dead because they can not live that long. brain dead would be a horrible death because you would never be able to expierence life and even if they do get to live life the people who are brain dead wont ever be able to tell people. it is sad

I think the human brain is so hard to understand. This is a question that I would have to say this on.....and here goes.... I seen this girl one time that had some kind of brain surgery and she went to get something done to this surgery. When the Doctor was using the computer on her to control her brain then at one point she could not move at all but she was alive completely. She could hear and see everything but still she was not able to move any part of her whole body. So I think when a person is Perfect dead then this means that their is no heart beat. I think that the brain can mess up and make the whole movement process in ones body mess up also. But this person can still be alive and can't move one finger to do anything., As horrible or Frankenstienish as it sounds this is the real deal. Thank you and God Bless You.

Oh, yes mummies are dead. Brain death would be a horrible death. Even tiny electrical impulses do not show up on EEGs so some perception could remain.
