When a girl wears something that makes her boobs look better than usual, another will compliment her.
When a guy wears pants that makes his bulge look mre noticeable than usual. How come no one says anything?

I guess it's because guys tend not to pay each other compliments in order to make the other (guy) feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Paying compliement among women, on the other hand, does not cause suc feelings. Also, it's kind of weird to lower your eyes to guys' lower part of the body, right?

because that would be gay, think about it, girls may compliment each others boobs but not their vagina's, so if a guy compliments anothers biceps or chest, in a very manly way of course, then it would be ok, but if a guy told another guy, "hey nice penis" or " hey, your balls look great in those pants" then he is libel to get knocked out.

Because it would just be so awkward for a guy to say to another guy "nice d***" I mean you would think they would sound gay.
