Well the police did call me Saturday night and told me to stay away, and I just got off the phone with the Police Department the the Domestic Violence line said they was nothing in their computers about me, so Id imagine she's blowing smoke. The lasy on the phone did say that I should call back throughout the day to see if anything gets input sometime today, but even the lasy I talked to agreed that she was most likely blowing smoke. Any more ideas? Suggestions? Besides stay away from all of them?

Ok when you say "Deliver it" do you mean they will come to me and get me, or send me something in the mail stating the problem, situation and a court date?

Your ex is just trying to scare you. She knows no more about the law than you do apparently. Do you really think they would issue a warrant based on hearsay from some domestic squabble? No, people try to erroneously call the police on their ex girlfriends/boyfriends/husbands/wives/life partners all the time. Cops see it as a nusaince, but they have to show up to see what happened. They can't just issue a warrant for someone without any evidence. Otherwise, I could call the police on my neighbor just because I don't like him and say he was harrassing me when he wasn't. Would they arrest him without investigating? I don't think so. The cops would come and talk to you first before determining if any wrongdoing had been committed. Then, if there was, you'd be arrested right there. No warrant would have to be issued in the first place.

the best thing you can do is call the police station and ask if there is a warrant for your arrest, they can no more than say yes or no, and if you do its best to go down to the station and deal with it rather than have them hunt you down,

edit here;

Ok now you called them and they said nothing yet, sooo i would call them one more time just before they close office and check again or even first thing in the morning because if the prosecuter has it then it will take a couple days to get processed, also I would try calling the prosecuters office because they can tell you directly,, best of luck to you friend,, if there is a warrant the police will deliver it,

I agree with SPACEGL. My daughter had to go down that line with her ex so I can assure you they are not "handed out with the rations" I do not know what you have been up to but I suggest you stop it and now
