True. I'll find you a reference.
CLARIFICATION:
There are several denominations of Mormons, of course, different denominations treat the concept of female diety differently.
I suppose its incorrect to address the female aspect of God as a "goddess", within the Mormon view. Some LDS members have spoken of a "Heavenly Mother" in the same way that they address God as "Heavenly Father", but it is not necessarily implied that these are two seperate entities, rather than two different aspects of the same diety.
Many Mormon educational tracts speak of "heavenly parents", but these terms are not capitalized in the same way as "Heavenly Father".
This is the official stance from LDS:
" "The Mother" is not a term that is used among Church members, in Church meetings, classes or lesson manuals. While the official Proclamation on the Family affirms that each human being is a beloved son or daughter of heavenly parents, there are no teachings about a Heavenly Mother in Latter-day Saint scripture."
The other doctrines that you mention are correct.

I was raised Mormon. Do not recall any teachings of God having a Goddess wife. In fact, the word Goddess has never been used as far as I remember. The only thing that sounds correct is yes. We were all spirit children before coming to this earth and given a body. And yes. We pre-existed in the spirit world before being given an earthly body.

We know that "Heavenly Mother" exists, but we know little of her.
Yes, we believe that Heavenly Father is our.........(drumroll)..........FATHER.
It takes a Father and a Mother to make children (shocking, isn't it).
Yes, we lived with them before we came to earth and a plan has been revealed to show us the way back.
I've heard people say that the reason that we know little of her is because of the disrespect that we would give. Look at how much the Lord's name and Jesus's name is taken in vain.
