If this is Windows you are talking about then click the "Phone activation" button and try activating by phone, its a free call in most countries.
If that fails then you will be transferred to a Microsoft employee who can manually get your copy re-activated.
If its not windows then your best bet is to call customer support anyway since those issues aren't usually solved at your end.

Maybe you bought a "hacked " product - pirated ? That would explain multiple use. If you can use the product do not worry, just do not try to download any updates.

buy another product. if you've put installed it on several different computers, then you'll need to buy a new one.
