I am looking for a good tasting/good for you tea (possibly green tea) as a substitute for pop and coffee. Any sugestions?

arizona green tea is awesome, it has honey in it, and it tastes reakky good and green tea is very good for you!

Tea is a wonderful exploration of flavour with a vast number of different options. Some friends are tea fanatics are have tins and tins of the stuff.
Firstly herbal teas are not tea...but herbal infusions. They can be good for a range of things, including colds and sore throats.
Your 3 main choices in real tea are
1. Black tea (fermented)
2. Green tea (unfermented)
3. Oolong or wulong (half-fermented).
There are active debates about the health, taste and value for money of these various types, but the only real way is to go out and try.
Japanese green tea often comes with rice bubbles, and korean with buckwheat added. I don't like the flavour, but most other people do. I have a Japanese friend who only drinks Earl Grey tea, and dislikes green tea.
Many teas add various flowers (eg roses) to enhance the flavour.
Tea with a spoonful of honey (and maybe a bit of lemon) is delicious.
So the answer is, buy up, try it and have fun.

I don't like tea or coffee, but the green tea powder is the closest thing I enjoy drinking a little.

I used to hate green tea until I discovered Liptons Tchae green tea. Its hard to find where I live but you can buy it online.
