i don't know which draw weight to buy, i only whitetail deer hunt. Is there a regulation draw weight for Georga, which is where i hunt

I'm not sure of the legal requirements for Ga. What we recommend in bow hunter ed classes is that a person should use the heaviest bow weight that they can easily draw at least 4 or 5 times, in heavy clothing, when chilled, with a safety belt/harness on. All of these factors will affect how well you can draw a bow. I've had a cold morning where I had my harness just a little too tight and couldn't draw the bow I've hunted with for years. Have the young man try a few different draw weights and go with one that he can comfortably draw several times without straining.

go as heavy as you can while pointing the bow at the ground for me (im 15) thats 65 lbs. for you i Guss about 50 but that could be more or less are you male or female whats your height weight how much weight can you lift theres just to many factors

50-55 lbs should do it if your using a compound bow it has a little tension reliever on it so it wont be 2 hard
I'm 14 and i use 60 lb
