To combat bad breath,,,keep your teeth in good shape (no cavities). Brush often AND floss,,,,especially b/4 a date,,,

You should always make sure you breathe is fresh and clean. Brushing your teeth help alot. Chewing some gum or a mint will help with your breathe problem.

YES! Any bodily smells that you can perceive from yourself, rest assured that others can smell them too.
If I smelled something funny from my significant other, I would totally tell him. I would try to not be offensive, but I would find a way to let him know. In private of course!

yeah, people can tell/smell the breath even just talking to someone who has a bad breath
