Brie with Hovis biscuits (the slightly sweet ones, that are like digestives) with some cranberry sauce. The King of cheese and biscuits!

and you've made me feel quite hungry now. I have to say, although there are probably thousands of cheeses in the world, I think that a nice piece of mature Cheddar on Cornish Wafers takes a lot of beating

Really depends on your mood. Kraft Cheddar spray cheese on Ritz is good if you feel like some hard-core industrial food.
Otherwise, I'd say a good extra-sharp Cheddar on plain Triscuts. Sharp taste AND texture. Yum!

I like triscuits and extra sharp cheddar cheese.....with nance's mustard on top!!! or port wine cheese with triscuits is really good too!!!

blue stilton, cheddar, brie, fruity cheese. but if you want to be fancy...warm camembert with warm crusty bloomer and cranberry sauce...yum! xx
