I love to walk but I am not use to the treadmill or stationary bike...A few weight machines and this other machine you put your feet into these holders ...it looks like you can go skiing.... I really don't know how to work them....They are the only options I have right now.

Drink lots of water, and make sure you're eating foods that are quickly, or at least normally digested as well.

Now might be a good time to get used to a treadmill, as heart-rate rising and maintaining exercises are the best for weight loss.

To help every day, first thing in the morning, exercise BEFORE you eat. After not having eaten in 6+ hours, your metabolism slows, thinking that it's going through starvation.
Eating first thing in the morning will 'set' your metabolism at that slow rate for the rest of the day.
However, if you work out FIRST, you'll raise your metabolism, and then eating will help it stay that way for the rest of the day.

Buy enough lean cuisenes(sp?) to last one week. You can eat 4 or 5 a day. Eat them about every 3 or so hours to stabilize your metabolism. Do this for the entire week.

Drink only water and maybe 1 gatorade a day, but be sure do drink quite a bit of water.

Do not drink anything else.

Begin a workout routine. Work out for about 45 minutes twice a day. Do as many sit ups as you can and work with the weights as much as you can during this time.

Walking is good too.

Eating the lean cuisenes will keep your calorie consumption down below 1500.

The idea is to burn more than you consume.

Following this diet I was able to lose 3 to 5
lbs a week. As your metabolism adjusts to the eating schedule you will lose more weight.

Eating smaller portions more often is much better than eating big portions 3 times a day.

This will work.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

I lost 30 kilos after having my baby and i did it the old fashion way. I guess it doesn't give the fastest results but definately long lasting. I ate about 6 small meals a day and walked alot and did some toning with hand weights. Also if u drink a glass of water 20 mins before u plan to eat then u will feel too full to eat much. Good luck with that :)

The best way to lose more then 4lbs in one week:
eat 3 times a day at the same time
very healthy food for example salads...
take multi vitamins
run or fast walk for 25min a day
20 situps
and 20 crun
If you eat right 3 times a day at the same time and have some sort of work out at the same time and take ur multi vit. you will lose way more then 4lbs in one week. I lost about 15 in one 2 weeks.

Okay drink green tea, or pu-erh tea by the bucketload, you can get pu-erh cheap in chinese stores. If you eat loads more fruit and veg you will feel fuller and less likely to eat rubbish. If you want some savoury snacks go for corn crisps instead of potato crisps, like Skips etc. Don't eat after 7pm I don't care how hungry you are, that means you're burning calories and exercise for 1/2 hour every day. You can start jogging and walk when you get tired, cheap and you really do improve your fitness level quite quickly. Oh also low fat dairy or soya products help you lose weight too, good luck!!!

Do lose 4lbs safely you should eat sensibly. Poached egg with wholemeal toast for breakfast with a cup of warm water wit a slice of lemon. A low fat soup and small salad for lunch and grilled fish or lean meat with veg for dinner. Cut out alcohol and drink plenty of water. Then start on about 40 mins of light excercise a day and as your fitness levels improve you can increase the time and intensity f your excersise.x

You would have to starve alot and do more exercise which I dont recommend. 22 lbs could be too much to lose by new year but good luck with it..........................Im dieting myself and quite hungry alot. Use a vitamin e oil for you skin to avoid stretch marks...........
