Besides for having a tummy/belly,
what are the HEATH RISKS involved with holding MOST of your body weight in your middle section?

just minor things like diabetes, stroke, heart attack, knees failing

all associated with carrying too much weight around the middle

great test - lose 10 lbs - - then next time at the grocery store
pick up 2 five lbs packs of hamburger - then walk 30 feet and
back - how do your FEET feel????? what a difference 10 lbs makes! And you have lost it !!! keep it up!
