Evil existed before angels were created as inhabitants of heaven.
Job 38:4-7,30-32; Angels see ages old earth [ Gen.1:1,2]; prepared
ages to Adam. Angels called morning stars & sons of God. Job.2:1,2;
Gen.1:3-25; Gen.1:26; for intended inhabitant. Adam then Eve.
Gen.3:1-5;Satan caused then to pass death onto every offsprings.
1Cor.15:22-28,51-53; Heb.9:27;
Gen.3:22;
God said, they have become as one of us to know good from evil.
Gen.8:21; Evil from youth was the rule after the flood.
Satan Rev.12:3,4, 9; and 1/3 angels are partakers in evil, the
one we know as Christ Jesus is not, and the rest of the angels
are not.
Man even in the imperfections of sin and prone to evil Gen.8:21;
many of humankind try to be meek, just and of law and order, ever
conscious of God and Christ.
God has sacrificed so much for man, as the life sustaining earth
that was a protection, now disaster of many kinds can cut life
short. Angels sinned before the flood. Gen.6:2,4; Jude 6; 1Pet.3:
18-20; 2Pet.2:4; they will be Judged 1Cor.6:3,4; Noah and his
family was saved throught the flood that took the life sustaining
earth. All has got to be made new again as before Eden. It is a
promise. Isa.65:17; 2Pet.3:13; Rev.21:1-5;
END OF WORLD
6000 years world, what ends? No Satan or dying, lying, killing, wars,
houses & facilities, disasters, [ burials in sepulchres, caves, pits,
tombs, grave hell, tophet and gehenna hell, tartarus hell for angel

nursing homes, hospitals, medical and pharmacy buildings, strong drink
pubs, nightclubs and bar rooms, gambling and casino places, insurance

He created the forbidden fruit so that man would exercise his FREEWILL; that is, his right to choose. You can't really say you're obedient to someone if there is no opportunity to disobey and you turn your back on that opportunity. So God made the choices available and man picked what he wanted.
God does not force any man; that is why you can choose to say there is no God and you still live. You are exercising your right to choose but there are consequences to every choice you make.
The serpent, that is, the devil, CHOSE at a point in time to rebel against God. That was where evil began-rebellion against God and His way. And when man chose the same path, he gave the devil the opportunity to infest the world with evil.
Every man that lives is left with that choice- to accept God and his way or not...

Well first its a matter of words and a certain misunderstanding that weve all had at one point or another...
If someone asked you if there was such a thing as cold what would you say? Most would say yes there is cold...but this is wrong. "cold" can not be created. what we perceive as cold is really the absence of heat. If cold were real we could go BELOW absolute zero and make things COLDer. There is only energy.
Now the same applies to darkness. You could never make something DARKER. Its simply the absence of light that makes this.
When God created everything it was ALL GOOD. Evil is a word to describe the absence or perversion of good. Twisting good things to use people or hurt them is what we call evil. Sex is a good act between man and wife but it can be TWISTED to be called evil. Same w/ all things. We create evil not god.

The creator of evil was not God, it was Satan. Satan was an angel in the beginning, a very high level one. But he became jealous of God, turned against him and created evil. God kicked him out of heaven with some other angels who followed him. God did not allow evil to be created, but he gives us all a chance. If you want to be good or evil, make your choice.I think he created the forbidden fruit to test Adam and Eve's loyalty to God. The serpent was actually Satan, who ignored God and entered The Garden.

God created His angels.
Among the archangels was Lucifer, who believed that God had only created them as pawns; that they could do better than to be 'puppets'; that he could place himself above God. He gathered around a third of the Heavenly Host, and attempted to stage a rebellion, but was beaten down by the angels who remain loyal to God.
As a punishment for his transgression, Lucifer fell from Heaven, and became one of the Crown Princes of Hell.
He continues to attempt to tempt mortals away from God.
So... He made evil, although He never intended it to be that way (Lucifer, as an archangel, was obviously never intended to be evil). I'm afraid I can't answer as to why He created the forbidden fruit, and the serpent (Lucifer) found his own way into the garden, in an attempt to tempt Adam and Eve into transgression (the Fall of Man).
Hope this helps =3

God is the creator of heaven and the earth as it is written in Genesis 1:1. He saw that all He created was good. He did not created bad. At first he created Lucifer, the most beautiful angel but God gave him his freewill, he did not make him a robot that whatever his design and command he should follow just like humans. God can do it, but because He is a loving God, He gave us freedom of choice. He did not make evil, it's lucifer's choice because he wants to be more than his creator. Simply he's jealous and proud of being the number one in all of God's created being.
God's nature is love so we cannot ask why He allows it because eventhough He will not allow us but still we as human do what we want to do. He gave us the guidelines, the Holy Bible but still people will not follow. He did not created a forbidden fruit because if it is forbidden nobody can touch it. God place the tree of knowledge of good in the middle of the garden of Eden to test the loyalty of His created being. We must remember that human is created in the image and likeness of God, we are unique, we are being formed and He even breathe in the nostrils of His created form, we are beautifully and wonderfully made and when His creation failed He gave his only son to die in the cross to save us from our sins. He kept on calling us to come unto Him but it is our CHOICE to accept His invitation or not. The freedom of choice is ours.

Well, when you're a God who is unrivalled by any other, create entire solar systems and galaxies, create giant stars like the sun which by itself stands as testimony to His incredible power and glory, you pretty much call the shots. As for evil, He says He creates it. He never told anyone they had to indulge it, or be enticed by it. It's a test, and He is proctoring the exam. Who else could?
Besides- what IS evil? How do you define it?

It was created as a choice for us. We can either choose to do what is right, or what is wrong. C.S. Lewis writes in Mere Christianity about our knowledge of what is right and what is wrong, and the choices we make. God created evil so that we can have free will as to which path we will take, and where we will ultimately end up.

Assuming there is a God (a big if) and that the commonly accepted general notions about him are accurate (an even bigger if), there would be no point in trying to figure out the answer to that question. That would be like a flea trying to understand quantum physics.
