If you lose the weight quickly, you'll put it all back on quickly. So honestly losing it quickly is not the healthiest. You should really try cutting back 500 calories, plus maybe walk or jog for at least 1/2 hr- 1 hr. Cutting back 500 calories will help you lose 1 pound a week, and plus exercise also helps burn calories and drinking plenty of cold water.

Cut WAY down on the calories. With no exercise, weight loss will be minimal.

well, if you're into extremes you could go on a prolonged fast (Wouldn't recommend it to first timers. 10 days max, and less is better until you're used to it, and definitely not often.)

But a much, much, better way is to eat less, eat healthier, drink plenty of water, get some sleep, try not to get stressed, stretch every day, and walk a lot.
