i am going home for christmas to see my husbands skinny geourgous family! I would love to loose like ten pounds. I do exercise and I'm going to turn up the heat on that but what about over the counter diet pills. For water weight all that stuff. Or even detox diet natural remides. I am willing to try anything.

Drink plenty of water, no alcohol, sodas (anything with sugar)

Walk, run, ride your bike, lift some weights, or all the above

Eat 3 healthy meals a day, small portions are good.

Dont sit and or sleep / rest after eating, stay active to burn off the calories.

With these little tips 10 pounds should be easy to drop. There is no need to take any pills.

Switch to a diet of leafy green vegetables and lean protein (fish, chicken). No bread, pasta, sugar. Ten pounds will come off surprisingly quickly.

well 10 pounds isnt just gonna come off like. that it could take like a month or more. The healthy was you should only lose 1 pound a week
