Tmin, you are great (I like soy sauce very much)! Woolly Worm, your dressing ideea is basic in my country so I think people are stock in it... although, it is ok to me.
I have in my mind that kind of salads you can take with you as lunch because you can't find to buy something healthy (boiled potatoes, olives, cucumber, green pepper, cheese etc - there are a lot of variants).

I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.diet-happy.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!

SHOCKING...THE VERY IDEA.

It's a cultural thing.....don't use anything, make something else, and when you must...use all the mayo that you want.

Tip....look at that sauce made for gyros, and other shoarma-based recipes. But to use a substitute when real mayo is called for is uncalled for.

I shudder at the thought. :)

I use non-fat yogurt--a little tangier but holds things together fine. Add a little mustard if you like that flavor--it's good.
