Sidewalls of both the mattress and box spring are airleted and vented for breathability.

Detail you don't see is in the hemming of each panel of cotton ticking used to cover the mattress and box spring. That means when the top panels are sewn to the side panels, the seams will not pull apart.

That is a great ad for McRoskey's but there is no way they are organic. Sorry.

A TRULY organic mattress is comprised simply of organic cotton, organic wool and all certified latex. There are many people who claim organic but have no clue. Also, there are many organic mattresses that support the spine, aka orthopedic. look into futons, most are stuffed with cotton wadding. But doubt you will find an "organic" mattress that is also orthopedic.
