Hi, I work as an airhostess in a private airline and have a really short uniform. The skirt barely reaches upto my mid thighs. While it is fine when I stand, it becomes a real problem when I sit down. If I sit with my legs crossed, the side of the dress rides up and my panties show from the sides. Also If i sit without crossing my legs, my panties show. We have to wear white panties as a part of our uniform.
How do I sit without showing off too much? With all the pervs with cams around, how can I ensure no one can ups*kirt me??

Alway's sit with leg's together , on an angle with anlke's crossed.
or you can alway's put something on you lap while siting.

If you are going to put on a decent short skirt in a Tatami Room, be all set for someone to be looking at an upskirt. No matter the way you take a seat, there may be going to be some motion along with your legs with the intention to set off a panty shot. I'm now not complaining. Simply be definite to maintain your legs together - and put on panties.

The best way is to sit with your knees together and ankles crossed and leaning to the right side or left then put your hands in your lap and apply slight pressure to the top to ensure that no one can see up the middle part of your skirt...

It is certainly not polite to glance up a woman's skirt but it is hardly perverted to say the least. Just a normal reaction.
Dress like an Islamic or Amish gal and no one will give you a fleeting glance.

Ick. No fun. Possibly pull your skirt down a little so its more about your hips than waist or something.
If i was in the same situation I would sit normally and place something in my lap. No show from the sides, and the thing in my lap would be blocking the front. Remember to keep your legs closed!

Sit with you knees and ankles together rather than crossing your legs that way nobody should be able to see up your skirt

i would sit off to the side with my knees together facing another direction. also, keep a sweater close by to drape over your legs!! complain to the airline higher ups.... or get all the air hostesses to sign a petition...

File a complaint with your Employment office or don't worry about it. Just don't have sex with any of the men. That they need to look shows their immaturiy and your maturity if you show your not bothered.
