i asked this boy out and he said yes so we have gone out for 3 months he has not ever huged me so my m8 asked him to hug me and wont listen to me then today i asked my m8 to ask him to hug me and he huffed and put one arm around me he didn't even bother talking and saying bye and all my m8s boy friends gave them presants on there 2 week of going out i have not even got one

Maybe you should give him a hint or something that you like to be hugged and you like getting presents.
Or just ask him why he wont hug you

He may be shy or either can't afford to buy a present. I would ask him if he would like to hug me. Tell him that you would like for him to hug you. The presents do not really matter as they are just material things. Find out his true feelings about hugs. I really think he is is just a little on the shy side. Are you his first real girlfriend. If so, that kind of explains it. Good Luck with a hug.....:)

You sound young so I will tell you this:
Know what you want and expect from a man. If he does not fufill that need and you have told him what you want...well then you need to move on.
Just like to adults that are together and they are in love. One wants kids out of life and the other doesn't. They need to part otherwise one will always feel empty or resent the other for making them do something they didn't want in the first place.
Like I said before, ALWAYS know what you expect. If after communicating with that person and nothing happens, then you know what to do. Dont settle for less. Trust me, you will regret it.
