How do you know he's "putting the moves on you"? You know, you could just be reading into this a bit too much. Just because he's gay, and you're a guy doesn't mean he's after your junk.
On the other hand, maybe he is. In that case, remind him that he's your brother, and that there are plenty of other - non-relative - fish in the sea.
EDIT: But don't tell your parents. Seriously. Nothing would embarrass him or your parents more than finding out that their gay son is trying to make his brother a "special friend".
Especially if he hasn't told them yet.
And *especially* if it's not true.

Talk to your parents on what your brother is trying to do. Hopefully, the problem will get resolved. If he keeps behaving this way, then stay away from him as possible or he needs to get out if he is of age to live on his own.

are you sure that he's making moves on you? are you nervous around him? if you have only recently found out he is gay, maybe you are just more aware of his actions, and are mis-interpreting them. after all he is your brother.
