Are you refering to a star that gives off the colour blue? These are new stars that haven't been around very long. Our star, commonly known as the Sun, is yellow because its been around a bit longer. Our galaxy is simi-new and when viewed from space would give off a greenish colour because of the mix between new blue stars and the yellow ones.

There is no significance either scientifically or spiritually. Take note tht tht the sun is so bright and because of its brightness, you can not see it directly from your naked eyes.
