That's up to you to determine. Only you know whether this person is worthy of your time, your friendship, and your feelings. There may be some "tingly" feeling when you're with that person, when you think of that person, when you talk to that person. Just don't let that cloud your view of what that person is really like. Keep your emotional vision clear. The most important thing before you even consider liking somebody else is that you like you first. Whatever you do ... don't settle for garbage. You're better than that ... no matter how cute the person is.

For me, I guess just thinking about them constantly when they're not around, wanting desperately to hear their voice, and smiling the whole time you're with them. I feel like I can hang around him forever, talking about absolutely nothing important, and it's like the greatest thing in the world, just being near him.

you know you like a person when you can't wait to see or speak to them again, which may mean you made a great connection on an intellectual level. this will lead to much better things to come.

when you see that person, you always feel nervous, your heart beat faster, you can't help from looking at that person all the times, suddenly the image of that person appears in your mind, or you always remember the conversation with that person, etc....
