A few weeks ago I had these red bumps on my chest.. I went to the doctor and she said it was normal and the red bumps are a symptom of stress/maybe a cold and they'll go away.

Now, they're behind my neck, on my back, and everywhere on my chest/stomach, shoulders. They're getting dried out, itch a little, but not much. I think it's hives.

I am under a LOT of stress. I hate my job, my boyfriend is a ***, I have so much housework to do because I'm a maid apparently. Could it be caused by stress? How do I get rid of this?

Thanks.

I thought I was being eaten alive by mosquitos for years before I realized it was hives. I still get them for no good reason but a coworker gave me an antihistimine that seemed to actually worked but I'm too lazy to go buy it. Your's sounds like an extreme case so I would go to a doctor that understood how uncomfortable its making you and see if they can root out the problem. In the meantime try an organic store food store, they can recommend all sorts of remedies that sometimes work better than over the counter and usually know what they are talking about. I'm sorry youre so stressed! I hope this helps!

Hives usually itch. Go back to your doctor and show her how it has spread to the rest of your body. It could be brought on by stress or perhaps an allergy to something.

Get a second opinion. I had hives when I was a child...but mine itched a lot. Similiar to chicken pox. If you are worried about them, definately go get a second opinion just incase the doctor can prescribe you something to make them go away.
