Doctors treat patients but just like the patients, doctors get sick too and becomes a patient. A sick doctor becoming a patient is not at all different from other patients and are treated in the same way the other patients are treated. Though, most of the times a "doctor patient" receives extra care and privileges.

Doctor doctoring doctors, treat the patient doctor in the same manner as any common patient....otherwise, the practiced medicine stops being a science...it turns into a masquerade....

Read doctors dilemma by G .B .S,open the body,find the germ,kill it and cure the decease.
Any other dilemma you can create as a:-
General Medical practitioner,
Specialist,
Allopathy,
Homeopathy,
Ayurveda or Indian system of medicine,
Unani etc
So there are not one -way doctoring but more than 4 way doctoring in brief.
