wow 12 years? i thot mine with 9 was hardcore enough!
Does she even know that you were holding the torch for her/him for these 12 years?
You gotta muster up the courage to let him/her know, discreetly or openly. Drop a note, a message, through a friend, drop lotsa hints, or just openly confess ur feelings, do whatever you can. I know this doesn't help much but no matter the creativity you still have to muster the courage to send our your message to her.
12 years is along time, if he/she had known long ago and you continued to wait, chances are you guys would have been together already.

just tell her with a cute little game like hunt leave little notes and at the end just explain how much u have like her and say if u don't feel the same let me now and say " you are perfect, and my wasted heart will love you "and kiss her o the cheek and walk a way and give her a flower if see fallows you great if not then you know but don't never call her again if she doesn't fallow you still be friends OK good luck

Dont mind! but fact is that she does not love u anymore, otherwise she could understand ur feeling so far. She just avoiding u. don't force her and change ur view also.
Dont get loose hope, Try another but value the important of time

Dude, if it's been that long you really need to just come out and tell her. You don't want to live your whole life with the regret of sitting on the sidelines and watching someone else end up with her do you?

i think u shud just forget her. whn u cant evn express ur love thn how will u hold her hand all thru the life..
i feel,only people with lot of guts should fall in love..otherwise theres all wastage of time & enegy. if u really love her thn just go ahead and speak up man dont b bothered of her ans. .. just do ur job and leave evrything upto her. go man before its too late.

life is too short, and especially wen u r happy the time seems to fly.don't u think enough time is wasted? if u really luv her and need her, talk to her and tell her.otherwise idol worship, is the best recourse. if u tell her, at the most wat will happen? she'll say ...no. r u going to loose anything , may b u get over ur infatuation and get on with ur life.

trie to divert her mind from studies and tell her some interesting luv stories and show her again and again in ur eyes that how much u still luv her. it is very important to tell her about ur feelings right now.I think she is mad who don't want a true luv.
