You really need to see a dentist and have your teeth cleaned. Possibly, you need deep cleaning (only dentist can really tell). It's not that expensive even without insurance and is totally worth it. You will spend more money on "natural remedies" that don't work. See, your mouth has natuarlly occuring bacteria. This bacteria produces stuff that sticks to the base of your teeth. Little by little, the gum is pushed back. You can't remove this stuff yourself. Just have your teeth cleaned and see what the effect will be. You're still young, so your gums might recover a little bit. But yeah, once the gum is gone it's gone, it doesn't really grow back.

Other than that - there is no remedy that realy works. Otherwise, this wouldn't be the most common problem of tooth loss. The only treatment that works is surgery when they cut a piece of flesh from the inside if your mouth and sew it to your gum. But that is very expensive procedure, and it doesn't sound like fun.

Toothbrushing is not the answer to stop gum receding. Maybe you grind your teeth at night. You have to visit your dentist and may advice you a night guard. Grinding happens when we are stressed or just plainly a habit. Don't brush too hard and also consider the technique in brushing. on the facial and lingual surface of your teeth use the circular not the back and forth motion technique to avoid abrading your teeth. Back and forth technique is not good, you are creating an abrasion to your teeth like a fine line from the bristle of your tooth brush and if you are doing that everyday then for sure you will get this marks deeper and deeper and it will cause you sensitivity. Meaning you lost parts of your enamel and the dentin is exposed and in that case it is prone to cavity. Go to your dentist and seek a professional advice. You may need gum surgery if that is so bad or you may just asked your dentist to fill it to avoid sensitivity.

The gum receding is called gum recession; it’s from brushing your teeth to hard. Once the gum is gone it never grows back. Always use a soft toothbrush. Listerine is bad for you because of the Ethanol in it, not only does it kill bad bacteria but also good ones.

How old are you? Can you see a dentist? Maybe you have an infection. Try seeing a dentist before your teeth falls out.
