Can I have a car in A-school, NNPTC, or Prototype?Also when may I expect my first part of my bonus

Why not? I had a car while at prototype; it was at the old site in Idaho and a personal car was a necessity, as there was no base housing. Several people had personal cars while in "A" school and power school in Orlando, though parking was often a problem.
As for the bonus, you might not get it until after prototype. Under my contract in 1987, the bonus was not earned until all the required schools were completed.

you will get your first part of your bonus around 20-25 days after your training
