I have noticed there's a definite break between those who are accepting of others and actually think out there answers versus those who immediately spout off gunk about their own beliefs... Still, Reason vs. Stupidity seems a little harsh...

Now that would be silly! If everyone would respect each others choices then this wouldnt be necessary! Each person has a right to their own beliefs. No one on here will know the truth untill they pass on.

People should respect the beliefs of others and not call people names because their beliefs are different. Just wondering which side would be reason and which side would be stupidity?

That would create a whole new debate on which side is reason and which side is stupidity. So not really a good idea.

Consider the following verses from the Bible as my response.
"Come, says the Lord, and let us reason together."
"Thou shalt love the Lord God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength."
Just 2 verses to show that God does not want or seek an unreasonable faith or a blind faith. He wants us to use all of our beings, including our minds and our reason.

Stupidity without reason leads to a dead end road. The wrong one, since thier is only one and it is narrow, and there is only one way to get on it.
