I like to think I am. I can do my work in Spanish, French, German and Romanian. I get by in Russian and Thai. I'd like to learn better Russian, maybe formally. And I think I could learn to be literate in Arabic, though I've not yet tried.
My work involves dealing with passengers at international airports.

Yes ... I am fluent in 6 non-English languages, and I can communicate effectively in another 4. And, of course, there is English.
I'm just surprised when people know what the word 'polyglot' means. I've used it before and there have been many people who act like they know what the word means (even though they don't), or otherwise just kind of look at me funny. Then, I have to kind of pause and say 'multilingual' and then the lightbulb goes on in their heads.
Its really a shame Latin isn't taught more in the US ... it really is a useful tool.

Technically, yes, for I speak 3 languages, but I wish I knew 4 and was fluent in all of them.

Nope, I only have one spouse, but I am willing to take on more.
Sorry... I like that commercial :)
But seriously, I am not. I only speak one language although I wish I spoke more.
