I love cajun food. My family's from the south, so a lot of the food my grandmother makes is southern and cajun. In fact, today I'm making a pot of gumbo :)
My favorite is hard to choose; my three favorites are bounon balls (sp), dirty rice and gumbo.

I absolutely love Cajun food AND Cajun music. Matter of fact, I always have a Shrimp dinner on New Years cooked Cajun style.

my favorite is crawfish, can't wait till the season begins.
I also like gumbo and crawfish etouffee

yes i do very much and on all food i put cayenne pepper, and i do love a good crawfish or shrimp etteaufe
